Meet Us

Mr. Afrim Salihu, is a founder and Executive Director. He has completed law studies at the University of Prishtina and has been working for international organizations for many years. Since 2009, he is a member of Kosovo’s Bar Association. He is specialized in Commercial Law, Mines & Minerals, IP Rights, Banking & Finance, Litigation, Criminal Law and representation of the clients before public institutions and courts of law. He has been engaged in high-level cases defending the clients before international prosecutors and judges in Kosovo. He has been providing services for well reputable international companies operating in Kosovo and abroad and advised other companies on FDI in Kosovo. He has profound knowledge of the German and English language.

Mr. Eset Berisha is co-founder and attorney at law in the office, with over 12 years of experience in the legal profession and public offices. He has law degree and holds a M.A in EU from Centre International de Formation Europeene in Nice and Certificate in International Legal Studies from American University, Washington College of Law. He has vast experience with international organizations and public institutions. He has worked as Senior Advisor to the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport. He is a reputable expert on aviation and transport laws. He has lead the office of legal affairs of Civil Aviation Authority of Kosovo for six years and then served as the Director General. Before taking public offices he has worked at Law firm “Virtyt Ibrahimaga” where he practiced on a part-time basis aspects of civil, commercial and administrative law.  His area of practice consists in providing legal expertise in Civil Law, Administrative Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Litigation and Arbitration and Criminal Law. He speaks fluently Albanian, English and Serbian language.
Ms. Artina Salihu, is a Junior Associate. She is in the final year of her LL.B studies at University of Prishtina. She is assisting attorneys in the matters of Civil Law, Administrative Law, Commercial Law and Corporate Law. She speaks Albanian language and has profound knowledge of English language. She has been working for some time in administrative duties.
